最近、世界的に有名なデザイン・ファーム、IDEO（アイディオ）という会社に興味を持ち始めました。きっかけは、sokoさんから借りた「The Art of Innovation 発想する会社！」という本。まだ出だししか読んでませんが、なかなか面白そう。
そして、IDEOのWebサイトで変な製品プロトタイプを発見。。
HP’s DJammer was invented as a new digital music device that is more like a fine music instrument than a piece of leading-edge technology. It represents an evolution of the music DJs create and how they create it. The DJammer is a wireless, handheld device that allows DJs to bring the gestures and techniques used in tabletop turntablist action — “scratching” and so on — off the table and onto the stage and into the audience. This device allows music to become more digital, mobile, virtual, and personal.
